Terms of service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Dolle and the business that creates a Dolle company account (“you”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1. Who may use Dolle
Dolle is a dispatch and operations service for towing and roadside businesses. It is for business use, not for consumers. The person who creates the account must be authorised to bind the business.
2. Accounts and roles
- The person who creates a company is its Owner. Owners invite people and choose their role (Owner, Dispatcher or Driver).
- You are responsible for everyone you invite, for keeping sign-in details private, and for removing people who leave.
3. Your data
You own the information you put into Dolle, including your customers' details, calls, invoices and records. You are responsible for having the right to collect it and for its accuracy. We process it only to provide Dolle to you, as described in the privacy policy. An Owner may ask us for an export of the company's data at any time; during the pilot our team prepares it on request.
4. AI suggestions
Dolle uses AI to draft tickets, invoices, letters and messages, to read pasted motor-club jobs, to answer questions in Ask Dolle and to recommend whether to accept motor-club offers. AI output can be wrong. A person in your company remains responsible for every dispatch, invoice, letter and message, and for checking AI output before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Dolle to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to try to access another company's data, to disrupt the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.
6. AI limits and charges
Each company has a monthly AI spending limit, which Owners can change on the AI usage page. Fees for Dolle and for AI use will be set out in your order or price list; during the pilot, fees are as agreed in writing.
7. Availability
We work to keep Dolle available, but during the pilot it is provided as is, without a guaranteed level of service. Keep your own way to reach drivers and customers if Dolle is unavailable.
8. Suspension and ending
You may stop using Dolle at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why. When an account ends, we keep your data for 30 days so you can ask for an export, then delete it on request, except where the law requires us to keep it. During the pilot, export and deletion are done by our team on request.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
11. Changes
We will tell Owners at least 30 days before material changes to these terms take effect, in the app and by email once Dolle sends email.
